If you're interested in turning your presets into Instagram filters, this is the tutorial that I followed and they explain it so much better than I ever could and I'm definitely not going to try and take credit for it! You do need to have a good working knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop and LUTS to be able to do this but the instructions here are pretty easy to follow.
I turned my presets into Instagram filters
29 Mar 2021
I've been curating my presets that I use for all my imagery here on my blog, my Instagram and even for any photography jobs that I do and I've put so much work into them over the years to get them to be exactly what I want. With such a big shift in Instagram recently to using Reels I wanted to make sure that my feed was cohesive and decided that it was about time that I had a play around with Facebook's Spark AR to see what I could come up with and I finally did the thing. My presets are now available to use as filters for Instagram stories and reels!
I opted to go with my two most used presets 'copenhagen' which is the coloured preset and 'stockholm' which is the black and white one. I'm so so happy with how they turned out and I'm so excited to get to use them for all my story/reel needs in the future but as much as I really made these filters for my own personal use I'm also so excited that they'll available for anybody to use!
I've always toyed with the idea of releasing my lightroom presets for sale but I'm not sure how popular they'd be so I'm excited to see what kind of traction I can get from these filters and I'll maybe release my presets at some point in the future.

Don't forget to check out my new filters over on my Instagram if you're interested (or you can get them here) and don't forget to tag me if you use them!
